Accepting New Clients, 19 years of experience supporting individuals, children, youth, and families through life’s most difficult challenges. My professional journey has spanned healthcare, mental health and addictions, child welfare, community health, and crisis intervention, giving me a deep understanding of the complex realities people face and the resilience they possess.

My approach to counselling is compassionate, relational, collaborative, and trauma informed.
